The Repair Lab started in 2019 with a single iPhone, a magnifier lamp, and a stubborn refusal to send a customer's logic board to a faceless mail-in service.
Six years later we're a Birmingham institution — but not by accident. We chose to specialise in two things: phones and laptops. We chose to invest in board-level work most shops won't touch. And we chose to offer a lifetime warranty because we trust our techs to do it right the first time.
Every device that hits our bench gets the same care, whether it's a £49 screen swap or a £400 logic-board rescue. Our customers feel that, and they tell their friends. That's still our biggest source of new work.
